Account Administration & Record Officer (FullTime/Indefinite)

Sparkasse Bank Malta plc is a licensed Credit Institution which provides Private Banking, Investment Services and Custody/Depository services. Our team is formed of young, dynamic professionals who are part of an environment which promotes team spirit and rewards competence.

As a result of our continuous growth, we are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic candidate to form part of our Back Office team.

Main Duties:

· Opening of customers’ accounts on our database;

· Closing of customers’ accounts;

· Updating customers’ records in accordance with the department’s procedures;

· Ensuring all customers’ files are stored and maintained accordingly;

· Data inputting;

· Scanning, filing and other administrative duties.

Qualifications / Requirements:

· Preferably Level 4 certifications in business subjects;

· Knowledge of MS Office applications and ECDL base certificate;

· Prior experience in a financial institution will be considered an asset;

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;

· Excellent organizational and time management skills;

· Must have a good eye for details.
