A well-established group of companies is seeking to employ a Technical Support Officer to join their growing IT team.
- Answer incoming support calls,
- Update the Service Management System,
- Provide first- and second-line support,
- Escalate appropriately to support teams or contractors.
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Microsoft Systems proficiency (Office 365 suite, Server and End User Device Operating System, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs)
- Good knowledge of Apple operating systems,
- Effective documentation skills and a basic knowledge of networking (basic switching, patching),
- CompTIA, Apple Certification, Microsoft MCP/MSCA and/or ITIL certifications are considered an asset,
- Good communications skills and the ability to adjust communication depending on the level off IT competence of the user.
