We are seeking to employ a Technical Services Officer to work in our Change, Configuration & Improvement Services Team (CCIS).

Amongst other roles, the CCIS team is responsible to implement and monitor improvements which include the automation of manual procedures to increase their effectiveness and efficiency. This is done in line with established ITIL practices including Change Enablement, Configuration management and Continual Improvement amongst others. The team is also focused on the development, operation and continuous improvement of several Government’s internal and external service provisioning systems.

These include various custom in-house applications based on .Net, SQL and other technologies. MITA’s IT Service Management (ITSM) Software is also within the scope of responsibility.

As a member of the CCIS Team, you will also collaborate with colleagues across the agency to carry out operational tasks, troubleshoot arising issues as well as innovate current systems to better meet evolving business and technical requirements.

Eligible candidates will hold either of the following combinations of qualifications and/or experience, related to ICT.


  1. an ICT related diploma (MQF level 5); OR

  2. an ICT related diploma (MQF level 4) together with one-year experience in an ICT related area; OR

  3. two years’ experience in an ICT related area.

Fresh graduates may be offered an employment opportunity subject to the provision of final results. *Candidates’ qualifications, experience and competencies will be assessed in line with the Agency’s Career Progression framework. Successful candidates may be engaged at either the

  • Associate level – Career Level 2 OR

  • Standard level – Career Level 3 OR

  • Senior level – Career Level 4
