A well established banking institution is seeking to employ a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The successful candidate shall join a growing and dynamic HR Team and shall report directly to the HR Manager.

Job duties include:
  • Taking full ownership of the Recruitment process across the organisation
  • Building and managing relationships with relevant stakeholder
  • Pre-screening, scheduling and attending interviews, putting forward hiring recommendations and placing job offers
  • Onboarding new employees based in Malta and building strong relationships to retain new talent
  • Developing and maintaining innovative recruitment processes 
  • Providing recruitment guidance to decision makers
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in an HR related position
  • Bachelor's degree will be considered an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
