We have an exciting opportunity for an Employer Branding focused Talent Acquisition specialist to join the team. Based in Stockholm you will drive our TA efforts both globally and in Sweden, amplifying the Employer brand and positioning Betsson Group truly as the Employer of Choice.


The opportunity to work for a true Global organisation, publicly listed and steeped in history, during one the most exciting times in our industry. Let’s face it, it’s rare to find an opportunity affording you the chance to drive TA and shape Employer Brand.

Working on a Global basis but forming part of our local HR team, you will explore exciting new platforms and talent acquisition channels as well as managing our current ones. Positioning yourself as a true subject matter expert you will advise the Recruitment team on how best to leverage what we have to unearth talent. And the best bit, since this is a new role you will get to shape it from the ground up!

We’re doing some amazing things, now we need to make sure the Talent hears us!


  • Talent Acquisition-you simply love TA and keeping up to date with the latest tools and trends

  • Speaking Swedish-in fact you will be native level and have no problem conversing with local Universities and educational establishments

  • You’re a natural with Social Media and a wizz with tracking tools and analysing data

  • Networking and hosting-they’ll be many events both on and off-site all central to building our Employer Brand

  • Holding yourself accountable for deliverables, crunching numbers and quantifying our activity

  • Creating and executing campaigns to help achieve the most traction for those niche and difficult to find roles

  • Using your creativity and network to leverage external communications positioning Betsson Group as the Employer of Choice


  • Building and maintaining a TA toolkit for our Recruiters to access

  • Main point of contact for all recruitment channels such as LinkedIn and our ATS Greenhouse

  • Providing tangible insight and analysis on not only what we’re doing but providing insight into what we should be doing

  • Constant evaluation of how we attract talent as well as monitoring competitors and keeping an ear to the ground

  • Pushing our EVP Globally, understanding local nuisances but always remembering the Global piece
