A leading tech company based in Malta is currently looking for a Software Support Executive to join their team.


  • Analysing and resolving issues that the clients experience when using the company software
  • Answering and prioritizing incoming requests from users experiencing issues with the company software
  • Determining source of software issue
  • Handling problem recognition, resolving and following up for routine user problems, directing complex issues to the supervisor or senior staff
  • Logging and tracking calls using the management database and recording problem documentation
  • Preparing statistical reporting as required
  • Consulting with the programming team explaining software issues and/or recommending changes accordingly
  • Testing software and hardware to evaluate the product
  • Training users on how to make use of the software
  • Installing software at clients premises as required
  • Supporting clients with the day to day software related issues
  • Proven experience working in a similar role
  • Problem solving and technical skills
  • Ability to work within a team and on own initiative
  • Possessing customer service skills
  • Fluent in Maltese and English
