A leading player in the insurance sector is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join their Malta office to head this and lead operations overseas

Responsibilities will include:

Leading the support function
Support business development, underwriting, finance and claims
Oversee adherence to policies, procedures and key controls.
Contribute to the development and improvement of operations and execution of changes.
Provide day to day leadership of the Malta branch and key relationships in Malta - e.g. with the Regulator, brokers, suppliers and major clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

Sound experience within a similar role
Be ACII qualified and have 5 years plus experience
Be approved by the Regulator
Have excellent management skills
