A well-established group of companies is currently seeking to recruit a senior HR Manager who shall attract, train, engage and retain the most suitable talent to achieve the Company’s strategic objectives.

Job Duties

  • Acting as a business partner at all levels on Human Resources matters
  • Analysing salary reports and other data to determine competitive compensation plan also in line with the local labour market
  • Managing and maintaining a human resources system that meets top management information needs
  • Managing the recruitment and selection processes to fill all vacant positions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conducting Induction training and ensure that new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards Company and Department goals
  • Managing the day-to-day administrative duties of the HR Department
  • Coordinating management’s training programmes
  • Employee Communication in relation to new policies, procedures, events and other relevant matters
  • Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and employee turnover

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience managing a Human Resources function
  • A Degree in Human Resources Management and/or in Business Management
  • Strong knowledge of local employment regulations
