A rapidly growing international professional group offering gaming consultancy practices is currently looking for a Client Relationship Manager to work closely with the Director

Job Description

  • Assistance with the set-up of new corporate structures and their day-to-day operations of together with following up with third parties and clients
  • Assisting with keeping the books of the company and compliance with local regulations;
  • Assisting in the organization of board and shareholders’ meetings, including preparation of board documents and drafting of board minutes pursuant to the meetings
  • Acting as a contact person between the client and relevant third parties including local authorities
  • Assist with Risk Management and KYC procedures
  • Assisting in the opening of bank accounts
  • Preparation and filing of annual returns and other regulatory forms.

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills and a disciplined and organised approach
  • 2-3 years’ experience of working within a corporate service provider (CSP) environment
  • Continued interest in self-development and a desire to build a professional career
  • A good awareness of Maltese corporate requirements, related corporate governance, anti-money-laundering, and other current compliance legislation
  • Good general IT skills and familiarity with common computer applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Versatility and flexibility
  • Attention to detail
  • A self-starting attitude and the ability to work with minimum supervision
  • An interest in acquiring exposure to various disciplines
  • Willing to learn and be open to new challenges
