Senior Change Manager

An international insurance and financial services group is seeking to hire a Senior Change Manager

The Senior Change Manager will be joining the Human Capital & Culture team, responsible for Change Management strategies and implementation and will report to the Chief Human Capital & Culture Officer and work very closely with the CEO.

This role requires expertise in designing large scale executive and employee change, communication and learning strategies including end-to-end roadmaps. As a senior change practitioner, using Prosci’s change management methodology and toolset, the individual will develop and implement change management strategies and plans for medium and large-scale projects to build engagement, capacity, and capability of employees.

Job duties include:

  • Develop Change Management Strategy and Plans; Create and implement targeted change management strategy and plans 
  • Develop all change management collateral 
  • Conduct a comprehensive stakeholder impact analysis
  • Coordinate efforts with other change team members, project members, and functional leads; Work with project teams to integrate change management activities 
  • Stakeholder relationship management
  • Assemble and lead working team of assigned change champions, collaborating and assessing impact and needs to drive adoption success metrics
  • Design, develop, deliver, and manage communications, per the change management strategy
  • Support the design and development of training materials; Support the Training lead in their efforts, providing input, documenting requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of training programs as required
  • Track metrics and benefits; Work with the ECM Lead, Project Sponsor and Project Manager to identify, measure, track, and report on key change metrics
  • Revise change plans based on metrics to improve on success of plans, programs and adoption
  • Create an integrated view of all planned initiatives for the region
  • Develop a change management roadmap to support the change orchestration mapping
Skills and Qualifications required:
  • Degree in Business, Communications, or other related field
  • Prosci Change Management certification is a must have
  • Proven track record of applying Prosci Best Practices with change initiatives
  • Minimum of five years working effectively with all levels of stakeholders people managers, frontline employees, senior leadership and the executive level to align change and drive adoption across cross functional segments
  • Minimum of five years of experience in the delivery of large scale, complex enterprise initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Five or more years of experience in both operational and consulting roles supporting system and/or business process transformation change initiatives with multiple deliverables
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • CCMP Certification shall be seen as a strong asset
