Senior Broker

Leading insurance broker firm is seeking to recruit Senior Broker to join it's Claims Department.

Responsibilities:

• Servicing clients with queries or claims they might have effectively and efficiently while, also building/ maintaining relations with both clients and companies.
• Assisting Brokers and Junior Brokers in their day-to-day problems.
• Complying with ethical standards, regulatory and all legal requirements.
• Keeping detailed, updated records and undertake other administrative duties as well as attend meetings.
• Liaising with consultants, attending onsite visits and setting up meetings with Insured clients.
• Discussing with the Immediate Superior any matters that warrant their attention.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Insurance, preferably Brokerage is a must.
• Have excellent command in the English Language.
• Willingness to progress knowledge and ability through training.
• Possess good communication and organizational skills.
• Be a team player.
• An awareness of updated insurance market developments.
