Online Gaming Company is currently looking for a Salesforce Specialist to join their Support Department. The chosen candidate will be reporting to Head of Support.
- Supporting Company’s users with technical problems
- Implementing, testing and carry out training on new developments
- Data Loading and manipulation
- Collect Change requirements from Users and Stakeholders
- Carrying out detailed documentation
- Good Understanding of Salesforce.com environment is a must
- Work Experience with: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
- Experience with Apex and Visual Force coding
- Salesforce.com Certification will be considered an asset
- Can do attitude
