Specialising in corporate financing solutions, our client, a bank, is seeking an Relationship Manager to act as a key stakeholder in the growth of the bank’s corporate book of business, by matching high quality prospective clients with the bank’s business strategy, and successfully onboarding them.


  • Promoting the Bank’s Corporate Products and Services
  • Market-mapping with the aim of winning new business
  • Identifying deals with potential new corporate clients to meet the Bank’s growth plan
  • Establishing and developing relationships with key partners
  • Developing and managing credit facilities to corporate customers and servicing of facilities
  • Offering an excellent customer service to the Bank’s customers


  • Possession of a Degree in related areas of Finance, Banking, Business Administration or Law
  • Five years’ experience in a relevant field
  • Proven track record of success in a client acquisition role
  • Knowledge of corporate loans structuring including working capital loans and real estate financing
  • Strong ‘team’ skills promoting an environment of co-operation and trust
  • Fluent in both Maltese and English
  • Literacy in MS Office applications with a particular focus on Microsoft Excel
