A firm providing professional legal, tax services to businesses and private clients worldwide is currently looking for a Regional Manager to join their Residency and Citizenship department. The purpose of the role is to actively look for and pursue strategic opportunities for attracting new leads- for example by building new relationships through attending conferences, by regularly communicating with intermediaries, and identifying new markets or products for Regional Area assigned. This position also calls for leading and overseeing the Regional team (in the Area assigned) to ensure that department objectives, quality of service and targets are reached.


  • Leading the Regional team together with the Senior Manager
  • Ensure the client relationship is efficiently managed by the team
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities for attracting new prospective clients and intermediaries to the firm
  • Maintaining an avid knowledge particularly on residence programmes and any other products which may be attractive to the Assigned market
  • Keeping abreast with any developments in the market and economy, as well as conducting a regular competition study and analysis to identify opportunities where the firm may expand its client reach
  • Manage the smooth-running operation of the client cycle to ensure client satisfaction throughout the process in your assigned region
  • Analyze and report on regional sales
  • Assisting the Senior Manager on any special projects and advisory functions 


  • Excellent written and spoken English and Russian
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, CRM, database and information systems
  • Experience in a professional sales environment
  • Networking skills and pro-active appraoch
  • Experience in dealing with foreign clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
