A well-established international entity is currently looking for a Professional Assistant/ Office Manager who shall be assisting senior management.   

Job Duties 

  • Assist in compilation of Board minutes and preparation of Board meetings  
  • Assist in all Administrative tasks related to the different teams  
  • Create and maintain filling and other office systems such as archiving 
  • Contribute to keeping up to date the company’s database 
  • Assist in corporate work on clients such as the preparation of agenda and drafting minutes of the Board Managers 
  • Provide assistance in the billing process  
  • Organise the signature of documents, including contracts   

Job Requirements 

  • Previous working in an administrative role 
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word 
  • Demonstrate a reliable personality, focus on integrity and confidentiality 
  • Motivated and able to prioritize work assignments
