As a Product Owner for our Marketing and CRM Tools, you will be assigned ownership of our 3rd party capabilities and empowered to drive the product development in this area. Betsson Group’s mission is to put customers at the heart of our business through unrivalled customer experiences, and you will play a crucial part in achieving that mission.

In this role you will be working closely with the CRM Product Manager to realise the company’s vision for its CRM capabilities. You will have to define, structure and prioritise requirements for implementation. Constant collaboration with several business stakeholders as well as with other Product Owners and Technical Architects would also be necessary.

  • Working with stakeholders to define the product vision and collecting user requirements;

  • Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications for CRM and Marketing capabilities for our suppliers and internal developers to deliver against in the form of user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, complemented by descriptive aids such as wireframes and flowcharts where necessary.

  • Manage the backlog of work, ensuring the backlog is properly organised, prioritised and up-to-date.

  • Assisting the CRM Product Manager in drafting and building the CRM Product Roadmap and strategy;

  • Verification of deliverables to ensure the acceptance criteria are met;

  • Stakeholder management;

  • Managing our 3rd party tools owners together with our Procurement Team

  • Conducting release and resource planning, keeping all stakeholders up to date on progress;

  • Showcasing Marketing and CRM Product releases and deliverables to stakeholders;

  • Keeping the customer at heart in all development projects;

  • Occasional traveling could be required in our various offices.


  • Product Ownership – Analysing and collecting business requirements and preparing detailed User Stories;

  • Refining and planning development with tech teams;

  • Loyalty or general CRM concepts;

  • Stakeholder relationships; you can influence the toughest of crowds!
