Dynamic and fast-growing company is looking for a Point Of Sale Support to join the team.
- Assisting in analysing and documenting the business needs of customers in relation to the above role.
- Configuring, customising and implementing POS applications to meet the customers’ business needs.
- Thoroughly test all application modifications (with documentary proof) prior to release to customer environments.
- Provide training to customer staff.
- Troubleshoot and solve technical issues raised by customers related to the jobholder’s expertise.
- Any other relevant duties as directed by the job holder’s superior.
- Basic knowledge of hardware is considered an asset.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Maltese.
