A well established international insurance company is seeking to employ a Personal Assistant to join their growing international team in Malta.
The Personal Assistant will be reporting to the CEO.

Job duties include:
  • Providing administrative support including greeting clients
  • Scheduling meeting appointments and managing travel arrangements
  • Support in communication of Company and Group decisions to different stakeholders
  • Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing;
  • Assisting in filling up banking forms, and collection of required documents
  • Assisting with company secretarial matters;
  • HR Generalist duties
Skills and Qualifications required:
  • Minimum A-level Standard of education - higher education shall be considered an asset
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Fluent English, any other language would be considered as an asset
  • Proficient in MS-Office 
  • Knowledge of very basic book keeping
  • Willingness to interface cross-border cooperation
  • Meticulous, motivated, efficient and reliable person with excellent organizational skills and able to work independently
