A well established international firm is seeking to recruit a Pensions Administration Manager to manage the respective department.

Job duties include:

  • Manage the pension administration team including line management of the supervisors
  • Ensure efficient cross-departmental communication
  • Take an active part in staff training
  • Support the Compliance Department in implementation of protocols and procedures
  • Resolve any complex issues arising from non-standard queries and policies
  • Implement process changes when required
  • Preparation of relevant client and internal correspondence
  • Relationship management across  advisers and clients
Skills and Qualifications required:
  • Degree and/or Diploma level of education in Financial Services
  • 3 years of working experience within a similar role
  • Proficient in professional English
  • Proven leader and great communicator
