You will be part of an international and dynamic environment, collaborating closely with the HR team and other departments, answering queries on payroll for employees and consultants.

WHAT IS IN IT FOR ME?
As the Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for gathering data from other teams, inputting and reviewing such data using the payroll system, calculating deductions, leave, sick, overtime, oncall etc and finally you will ensure that salaries are paid out on due date.
You will also take care of payroll matters including discrepancies, calculation of FS7’s, FS5’s & FS3’s, processing consultancy invoices and payroll reconciliations.
YOU'RE GOOD AT:
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll knowledge
Reading, writing and communicating fluently in English
Excellent organisational skills
Strong knowledge of basic IT tools namely Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
A trustworthy individual with a keen eye for detail
