An established local organization is looking to employ an Operations Officer, who will form part of the Business & Wholesale Team, supporting the manager in the management and overall administration operations.
- Preparing and communicating various weekly and monthly reports for internal use,
- Be responsible for compiling and updating various MS Excel worksheets, presentations and other computerized systems used to facilitate decision making,
- Be available to travel if the need arises,
- Maintaining a professional relationship with various partners.
- Possesses good negotiating capabilities,
- Well organized with an eye for detail,
- Be fluent in written and spoken English,
- Have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
