Operations & Treasury Officer

An international bank is looking to recruit an Operations & Treasury Officer to join their team.

Responsibilities:
  • Processing transactions and answering on product related queries
  • Reconciling the Bank’s Nostro accounts
  • Settlement of treasury operations
  • Performing internal reporting
  • Following regulatory changes and ensuring operations are in line with policies and procedures
  • Liaising with other internal departments as well as relevant institutions in Malta and abroad if required
  • Supporting other back office functions as required
Requirements:
  • A professional qualification in Banking, Finance or related areas
  • 1 or 2 years previous experience in a financial services industry will be considered an asset
  • Good analytical and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Knowledge of SWIFT will be considered an asset
