An international real estate company is currently seeking to recruit an administrative staff member to assist with accounting and administration duties.

Job Duties

  • Answering and forwarding telephone calls and handling general company inquiries
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Organising local and overseas couriers
  • Schedule meetings and keep boardroom / meeting room calendar
  • Organise accommodation and travel arrangements
  • Liaison with clients and third-party service providers
  • General office management, purchase of office supplies and other ad-hoc duties
  • Prepare payments, bank reconciliations, and cash monitoring
  • Manage Creditors control
  • Accounting of intercompany transactions
  • Assisting with general database management, including updating, scanning, filing and other ad-hoc matters
  • Liaison with various service providers regarding services, billing, renewals, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in administration required
  • Accounting experience would be beneficial
  • Diploma/ Advanced Level of education
  • Good command of English and Maltese Language
  • Able to multi-task and work well in a fast- paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
