A well-established insurance company is currently seeking to recruit an office manager who shall be reporting to the CEO and the HR Business Partner.  

Job Duties 

  • Answering calls and welcoming visitors  
  • Planning events   
  • Manage the executive's day-to-day calendar 
  • Coordinate travel arrangements  
  • Manage the orders for furniture and office supplies 
  • Liaise with suppliers and clients 
  • Minute taking of meetings  
  • Manage the CSR program 
  • Provide administration assistance  
  • Organise induction programmes for new employees 
  • Assist in keeping personnel records up to date 
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents, and reports 


Job Requirements  

  • Degree in Administration/HR or equivalent 
  • Native level French and good level of English 
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge 
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications 
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
