A well-established financial services company is currently seeking to recruit an office manager who will be handling the reception and administration duties.  

Job Duties  

  • Answering and forwarding telephone calls and handling general company inquiries  
  • Sorting and distributing mail  
  • Organising local and overseas couriers  
  • Schedule meetings and keep boardroom / meeting room calendar  
  • Organise accommodation and travel arrangements  
  • Assist the directors in the day to day running of the office  
  • Liaison with clients and third-party service providers  
  • General office management, purchase of office supplies and other ad-hoc duties  
  • Assisting different teams with general database updating, scanning, filing and other ad-hoc matters 

Job Requirements 

  • Previous experience in administration   
  • Diploma/ Advanced Level of education   
  • Good Command of English and Maltese Language   
  • Able to multi- task and work well in a fast- paced environment
