One of the main providers of governance, risk, and compliance advisory services and technology solutions is currently looking for an office manager who will be reporting to the Chairman. The selected candidate shall be responsible for providing general support across departments.  

Job Description 

  • General office duties such as;
    • Reception duties 
    • Book accommodations and facilitate room setups 
    • Assist with the setup of the new joiners  
    • Various other related duties.  
  • Administration duties 
    • Managing office deliveries 
    • Office Errands 
  • Operation responsibilities 
    • Finalising HR duties for new joiners within the firm 
    • Deal with IT office issues and liaise with responsible companies  
  • Finance Duties 
    • Dealing with VISA receipts 
    • Petty Cash responsibilities 
    • Banking related duties such as; invoicing, issue payments etc... 
  • PA related duties  
    • Liaising with clients 
    • Signing of documents  
    • Flights and accommodation bookings  
  • Sales Duties  
    • Assist Sales with AML documentation requirements  
    • Assist Sales with the Sales process  
  • Events Organisations

Job Requirements 

  • Proven track record in a similar Office Manager function 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Positive approach to work  
  • Proven ability to work with employees at all levels  
  • Highly organised and able to effectively prioritise, plan and deliver work
