A specialist investment management company is currently looking for a front office administrator who shall be assisting with the day to the day duties as required.  

Job Description 

  • Scheduling meetings and conference calls 
  • General reception duties 
  • Maintaining holiday records for members of staff 
  • Processing of expenses and credit card claims 
  • Travel Arrangements 
  • Liaising with other offices on documents, arrangements, meetings etc 
  • Assisting finance with invoicing, bank payments etc. 
  • Managing offices supplies 
  • General Admin (post/courier), photocopies, PDFs, faxes, filing, binding 
  • Ad hoc projects/ duties as assigned 


Job Requirements 

  • Previous experience is a must  
  • Good command of English and Maltese  
  • A’ Level Standard of Education
