A well-established corporate services company specialising in Marine and Aviation is currently seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team.
- Assisting with the crew payroll.
- Manage general office duties such as filing, maintenance of records both in hard and soft copy and other related duties.
- Assisting with invoices and debt collection.
- Any other tasks deemed necessary by management.
- Posses an A level standard of education or higher.
- Proficiency in the English language is a must.
- Be a problem solver and pay attention to detail.
- Have good knowledge of MS Office.
