An established Corporate Services Provider is currently looking for an Office Administrator to join it's team.


  • Providing secretarial and office support.
  • Keeping the office systems maintained while also updating spreadsheets and filing documentation.
  • Organizing and registering employees for training for employees.
  • Greeting clients and answering calls.


  • Possess an A level standard of education or higher.
  • Be fluent in both the Maltese and English language.
  • Proficient in MS office in particular MS Excel.
  • Be organized and meticulous in your work.
