Embark (Malta) Ltd are currently looking for an office admin to join their team.

​​Main Responsibilities

  • Look after all administrative affairs of the company, including books of accounts and invoicing;

  • Assist with purchase orders / delivery follow up / delivery receipts;

  • Overseeing the workings of the Reception Desk Area – stock control of stationery, etc / follow up on office equipment maintenance and maintenance contracts;

  • Manage incoming calls, receive visitors, organize meeting room bookings.

Candidate Requirements

  • Excellent organizational & communication skills;

  • Possess an accounting background with minimum of A-level in accounting;

  • Be fluent in both Maltese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication in both;

  • Be team player, yet able to work with minimal supervision and use own initiative;

  • Positive, ambitious mind-set and work ethic

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools;

  • Previous experience in a similar position in a professional, forward-thinking organization.

Salary Package

  • Euro24,000/- per year;
