A well-established financial services company is currently seeking to recruit an office administrator to join the company's dynamic team on a full-time basis.  

Job Duties 

  • Be the first point of contact for all walk-in visitors or invitees 
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments 
  • Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs 
  • Organising office operations and procedures 
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time 
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease 
  • Address office employees' queries regarding office management issues  
  • Carry out receptionist responsibilities 
  • Coordinate audits schedule and support other functions during audit preparation 

Job Requirements 

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in business English 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Able to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines 
  • Highly organised, efficient and able to manage own workload  
  • Proficient in the use of all Microsoft applications
