A well-established financial services company is currently seeking to recruit an office administrator to join the company's dynamic team on a full-time basis.
Job Duties
- Be the first point of contact for all walk-in visitors or invitees
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
- Organising office operations and procedures
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
- Address office employees' queries regarding office management issues
- Carry out receptionist responsibilities
- Coordinate audits schedule and support other functions during audit preparation
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in business English
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Highly organised, efficient and able to manage own workload
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft applications
