A financial institution is currently seeking to recruit an office administrator on a full-time basis who is willing to help the firm operate day to day.
- General administrative duties
- Liaising with clients in relation to corporate duties
- Managing the firm’s primary database system
- Assisting with client on boarding documentation
- Ensure filing systems are adequately maintained (both hard copy and soft copy)
- General tasks to support the team
- Managing office supplies and similar duties
- Sending sales invoices and chasing payments from clients
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Advanced diploma/ Advanced level of education
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and multitask depending on the exigencies
- Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and willing to learn
