A financial institution is currently seeking to recruit an office administrator on a full-time basis who is willing to help the firm operate day to day. 

Job Description

  • General administrative duties 
  • Liaising with clients in relation to corporate duties  
  • Managing the firm’s primary database system
  • Assisting with client on boarding documentation 
  • Ensure filing systems are adequately maintained (both hard copy and soft copy)  
  • General tasks to support the team
  • Managing office supplies and similar duties 
  • Sending sales invoices and chasing payments from clients  

Job Requirements 

  • Previous experience in a similar role  
  • Advanced diploma/ Advanced level of education
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise and multitask depending on the exigencies
  • Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and willing to learn
