A financial institution is currently seeking to recruit an office administrator on a full-time basis who is willing to help the firm operate day to day. 

Job Description

  • General administrative duties; 

  • Liaising with clients in relation to corporate duties;  

  • Managing the firm’s primary database system;  

  • Assisting with client on boarding documentation; 

  • Ensure filing systems are adequately maintained (both hard copy and soft copy);  

  • General tasks to support the team; 

  • Managing office supplies and similar duties;  

  • Sending sales invoices and chasing payments from clients.  

Job Requirements 

  • Previous experience in a similar role;  

  • Advanced diploma/ Advanced level of education;  

  • Highly organised, able to prioritise and multitask depending on the exigencies; 

  • Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and willing to learn.
