A company which design, build and commission customized solutions –for their clients input – to improve their energy efficiencies and business operations are looking for an Office Administrator.
- Assist with the Purchasing and Production of materials and products required for projects
- Maintain communication with shipping and delivery companies to ensure that shipments are tracked
- Communicate with suppliers and customers re delivery and supply of items
- Assist in the posting of financial documentation
- Cover the role of the Accounts and Human Resources Administrator in their absence
- Maintain the ISO System Documentation up to date and filed
- Maintain Fire Systems Inspection and Certification up to date
- Assist were necessary in the organisation of travel arrangements for employees
- Ensure Confidentiality and Security of Data
- Maintain and file all records
Skills and qualifications:
- The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Possess solid communication skills
- Be fully conversant with working within a computerized environment.
- Possess an o-level standard of education
