One of the leading investment management firms in Malta, providing a wide range of investments and capital markets services to our clients is in need of a Middle Office Officer. Their approach is based on building bespoke portfolios based on through and in-depth research and analysis.
- Assisting front office members in liaising with clients
- inputting various transactions on the firms Portfolio Management System
- Liaising with various third parties to ensure that deliverables adhere to preset requirements and following up where this is not the case
- Coordinating with back office on account entries
- Ensuring timely and correct settlement of transactions take place
- Assisting compliance in various tasks
- A level accounts or above
- Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products
- Mature and diligent person with 5 years working experience
- Ability to work on their own or in a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
