Castille’s clients are looking for a data marketing specialist capable of supreme customer propositions and innovative product strategies.
- Establishing market needs in order to drive strategy, providing analysis based recommendations
- Understanding the competitive landscape and the organisation’s positioning, performing constant competitive benchmarking and propose timely reaction to new competitor launches to ensure competitiveness at all times
- Working with other team members and key stakeholders to find progressive and new products and executing
- To define, plan and drive CRM activities for increasing customer take-up across all sales and communications channels
- Qualification in a commercial/finance degree or any related subject
- 2 years of working experience in a similar role
- Confident in sales and customer forums, knowledgeable in Product Development lifecycles
- An analytical mind confident dealing with large data sets, stellar excel skills
- Perpetually seeking input and feedback from customers and frontline staff on product improvements and possible new offerings
