Firm in financial services is currently looking for a Marketing Administration Assistant. Assist in processing lead enquiries and download guide requests and with other marketing administration tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with print, radio and online media in terms of booking advertisements

  • Inputting and reporting on website enquiries

  • Import new entries from csv to XPLAN.

  • Input additional entries and email enquiries.

  • Re-assign and merge records.

  • Monthly media schedule.

  • Daily checking and sending of adverts.

  • Media buying.

  • Scanning of adverts

  • Handling media invoices and posting in SFM.

  • Dealing with payment requests.

  • Calculating the costs of stationery orders and informing Finance.

Key Competencies & Skills Required:

  • Proficiency of all available IT packages (Word, Excel, Power Point etc)

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • Positive team player with good organisational skills and attention to detail
