Manager- Corporate Strategy and Development

A well established institution is looking to recruit a Manager within the Corporate Strategy and development to join it's team.

Reporting to the Group's Executive Management you will be responsible for: 
  • Supporting Executive Management and collaborating with the Management team to shape and implement the Group’s strategy
  • Supporting in the implementation of various strategic projects to drive business growth
  • Handling day-to-day project management of selected key strategic projects
  • Supporting in due diligence on prospective Merger and Acquisition transactions
  • Preparing ad hoc analysis and other materials for various stakeholders (Board, regulators, management)
  • Preparing ad hoc analysis for Executive Management  

Skills and Experience
  • The ideal candidate must possess an a tertiary level of education in either Accounting, Economics or Finance 
  • Must possess either 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role or coming from an audit/ advisory background 
  • Advanced skills in MS Office tools
