A well established financial institution is seeking to employ a French Speaking Loan Administration Specialist.
Job Duties include:
- Handling all customer inquiries regarding payments, customer billing problems, outstanding amounts and different debt repayments options in compliance with the Company's policies, procedures and regulations;
- Initiating outbound and receiving inbound calls;
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding the company’s products, services and payments;
- Prepare notifications to insure secure payments, explain penalties, interests, deadlines and consequences for failure to comply;
- Build a report with customers whilst addressing any issues related to customers’ loans.
Skills and Qualifications required:
- Minimum Secondary education;
- Previous experience in similar role will be considered and asset;
- Able to read, write and speak fluent French;
- Attention to derail, initiative and high standard of work;
- Great communication skills.
