Responsibilities:
- Communication with end users, provide end user support and education
- Assists the IT team in the testing of new application deployments and upgrades
- Assist in the Joiners and Leavers procedures
- Ensure the timely resolution of fast track issues as reported by end-users
- Prioritise and manage multiple open cases at one time.
- Identify recurring application issues and escalate when required
- Diploma in IT or IT certifications
- A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role
- Experience in IT helpdesk
- Strong communication skills, both oral and writing, fluent in English
- Good knowledge of trouble shooting, capable of analysing a problem and finding solutions
- Basic knowledge of SQL would be an asset
- Excellent time management
