IT Business Partner

A global IT Solutions provider is looking for an IT Business Partner to join their manufacturing team. You will be managing and monitoring a wide variety of systems, working with local as well as international teams.

Responsibilities
  • Deploy and manage software and hardware assets
  • Manage IP-PBX system
  • Upkeep of backup systems including disaster recovery
  • Provide support to end-users
  • Assist with manifests as requested by stakeholders
  • Routine checks on access levels
  • Provide assistance to infrastructure team to ensure network and systems stability
  • Manage Anti-Virus consoles
  • Perform 1st line diagnostics
Requirements
  • IT Diploma or equivalent certification
  • 5 years experience working in a similar role
  • A deep understanding of IT systems and networks
  • Project management skills
  • Good communication skills
