An insurance group specialising in business insurance and risk management that are operating throughout the EU are seeking to recruit an insurance officer – Personal Lines to join their team.
- candidate will be reporting to the Team Supervisor
- responsible in handling general client enquiries relating to Personal Lines business including claims
- At least 1 year of experience in similar role
- Candidate should be well organised with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ‘A’ level standard of education or CII qualification
- Good delivery of quality customer care and ability to develop client relationships
- Ability to negotiate and conclude insurance claims on behalf of customers
