An insurance group specialising in business insurance and risk management that are operating throughout the EU are seeking to recruit an insurance officer – Personal Lines to join their team.  

Job Description 

  • candidate will be reporting to the Team Supervisor 
  • responsible in handling general client enquiries relating to Personal Lines business including claims 

Job Requirements 

  • At least 1 year of experience in similar role 
  • Candidate should be well organised with excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • ‘A’ level standard of education or CII qualification 
  • Good delivery of quality customer care and ability to develop client relationships 
  • Ability to negotiate and conclude insurance claims on behalf of customers
