Server:   

  • Windows Server 2016: installation and support  
  •  Hyper V  
  • Hardware support/upgrades  
  • Troubleshooting 

Desktop: 

  •  Windows 10: installation and support  
  • Office 2016: installation and support  
  • Other application installation and support  
  • General user support  
  • PC support/upgrades  
  • Imaging 

Active Directory: 

  • Good knowledge of AD administration  
  • User account  management 
  • Security Group management  
  • Group Policy  
  •  Troubleshooting 

General support responsibilities: 

  •  Antivirus   
  • URL filtering   
  • Backups  
  • Systems monitoring  
  • Microsoft 365  
  • OS and application patching  
  • Remote access  
  • Peripheral support and maintenance  
  • Access Control system
