Leading organization in the gaming industry is seeking to employ a motivated individual to join their growing HR team.
Job duties include:
- Supporting the delivery of HR initiatives focusing on Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and Culture;
- Assisting the the onboarding and termination processes;
- HR record keeping maintenance
- Managing HR administrative tasks ( training, leave, sick leave and payroll adjustments )
- Contributing to the enhancement of HR policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications required:
- Tertiary level of education
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR position
- Knowledge of Dakar payroll system will be seen as a strong asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
