A stable local firm providing contracting services for a well-established telecom operator is seeking to employ an HR & Office Manager on part-time and/or reduced basis to strengthen its core operations. 

The HR & Office Manager shall be reporting directly to the Director and working closely with the Head of Operations. 

Job duties include:  

  • Managing the Human Resources function in its entirety; from recruitment, staff development, coaching, counselling, designing and advising the Management on appropriate course of actions 

  • Drafting employment contracts as well as other HR administrative duties - whilst ensuring the maintenance of the filing system 

  • Managing the Office - petty cash, scheduling regular maintenance of the premises and other duties necessary for the full functioning of the Office 

Skills and Qualifications required: 

  • Minimum one year of previous experience in a similar position 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills  

  • Attention to detail and ability to work with minimum instruction 

  • Good team player 

  • Positive attitude and hands on approach
