A well-established company is currently seeking to recruit a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) who shall be reporting to the HR Director and shall be responsible for the day to day HR related duties.

Job Duties

  • Developing and promoting the HR strategy, policies and processes across the organisation
  • Supporting the HR Director in the efficient and effective day-to-day management of the department
  • Building and maintaining relationships with different departments to identify opportunities for improvements
  • Play a leading role in the employee recruitment process
  • Monitoring the resourcing plan of the organisation
  • Assisting in the oversight of the payroll and the outsourcing process of the same
  • Identifying HR reporting needs and implementing the HRIS
  • Developing a good understanding of the HR related GDPR requirements
  • Keeping abreast with relevant changes in standards, best practices and applicable regulation
  • Performing any further tasks as may be assigned from time to time by senior management  

Job Requirements

  • MQF level 6 or higher in human resources, business administration, management, social sciences, psychology or similar
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of human resource management
  • Strong knowledge of English and Maltese languages
  • Previous experience in a similar position
