A well-established organisation is currently seeking to recruit a HR & Payroll Officer who will join and assist the HR department on full- time basis.

Assisting in the execution of several HR initiatives related to Recruitment, Performance Management, Training, Events Management and other projects.
Assisting in the ideation and management of HR initiatives to strengthen the internal wellbeing and fun factor of the organisation, while maintaining a performance-driven culture.
Managing onboarding and termination workflows.
Maintaining HR records, such as, but not limited to, compensation, health and medical insurance.
Handling HR administrative tasks such as the coordination and management of training, leave, sick leave and payroll adjustments
Holding a tertiary level of education in a related field is a must
Previous experience in an HR position.
Holding prior experience in payroll, especially in Dakar or Shireburn.
Fun, motivated individual.
Passionate about HR and Workplace Engagement.
Ambitious to further their career in HR.
Able to receive constructive feedback.
