A well-established organisation is currently seeking to recruit a HR & Payroll Officer who will join and assist the HR department on full- time basis.

Job Description 

  • Assisting in the execution of several HR initiatives related to Recruitment, Performance Management, Training, Events Management and other projects.  

  • Assisting in the ideation and management of HR initiatives to strengthen the internal wellbeing and fun factor of the organisation, while maintaining a performance-driven culture. 

  • Managing onboarding and termination workflows.  

  • Maintaining HR records, such as, but not limited to, compensation, health and medical insurance.  

  • Handling HR administrative tasks such as the coordination and management of training, leave, sick leave and payroll adjustments 


Job Requirements 

  • Holding a tertiary level of education in a related field is a must 

  • Previous experience in an HR position.  

  • Holding prior experience in payroll, especially in Dakar or Shireburn. 

  • Fun, motivated individual.  

  • Passionate about HR and Workplace Engagement.  

  • Ambitious to further their career in HR.  

  • Able to receive constructive feedback.
