A leading international Bank in Malta is seeking to employ an HR Administrator to join their growing team.
- Upkeeping of employee details and files.
- Setting up interviews, calendar invites, emailing and other administrative duties deemed necessary by management.
- Assisting in invoicing, issuing of letters and sending out an insurance list on a monthly basis.
- Reporting of statistics such as leave and overtime and other general tasks as may be required.
- Possess an A level standard of education or higher.
- Proficiency in the English language is a must.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Preferably 1/ 2 years of experience in a similar role.
