A leading international Bank in Malta is seeking to employ an HR Administrator  to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Upkeeping of employee details and files.
  • Setting up interviews, calendar invites, emailing and other administrative duties deemed necessary by management.
  • Assisting in invoicing, issuing of letters and sending out an insurance list on a monthly basis.
  • Reporting of statistics such as leave and overtime and other general tasks as may be required.
Requirements: 
  • Possess an A level standard of education or higher. 
  • Proficiency in the English language is a must. 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office. 
  • Preferably 1/ 2 years of experience in a similar role.
