A fast growing mobility venture is seeking to hire a Head of Marketing & Sales to lead the build up of a resonating brand both in Malta and abroad.
Job duties include:
- Design and lead implementation of growth strategy
- Lead rapid experimentation of new channels, campaigns, creative, incentives, and approaches for the purpose of building scalable solutions, including product, engineering, data science, and brand marketing
- Lead B2C and B2B sales
- Overseeing strategic and creative processes for all marketing activities
- Cross-functional collaboration departments and external stakeholders
- Mentor and nurture junior team members
Skills and Qualifications required:
- 2+ or more years in a managing function ( B2C environment )
- Strategic and analytical approach to decisions making and problem-solving. Excellent organizational, scheduling, project management and multi-tasking skills with proven attention to detail.
- Data driven
- Thorough understanding of Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Media Buying, as well as offline channels and CRM strategies
- Technology and marketing automation savvy
- BA mandatory, MBA in marketing, communications, strategy – shall be seen as a strong asset
- Full proficiency in English language
