Well established international firm that specializes in fund management services is seeking to employ an Fund Operations Officer for its offices in Malta.
This position calls for an individual who will be supporting and liaising between the Front and Middle office operations.
- Preparing and reviewing Portfolio and NAV reconciliations
- Preparing and/or reviewing quarterly and annual reporting packages prior to approval
- Ensuring portfolio and investment records are kept up to date
- Ensuring internal and regulatory requirements are met in the process
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 1 year of experience in fund administration or related
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience and understanding of Private Equity is a plus
